Mr. Zhang is director from Infinity Equity and focuses on healthcare investment for more than 10 years. Mr. Zhang worked at China Resources Group and China Merchants Group, two largest conglomerates in China. With many years of experience concerning IPO, PIPE investment, debt and equity financing, Mr. Zhang has invested double-digit medical firms and executed several M&A cases across healthcare industry. Mr. Zhang graduated from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School with graduate degree and from Central University of Finance and Economy with bachelor’s degree. Tsuyoshi (Josh) Chiwata, MS, is a Director within in Santen Venture Management at Santen Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., one of the world’s leading specialist ophthalmic pharmaceutical companies, founded over a century ago.
